Exotic dancer Lisa Lewis, who made her name by streaking at a rugby match, wants organisers of Brisbane's Sexpo to pay up after she slipped and broke her nose during a pole-dancing routine.
The New Zealander is also outraged she was kicked out of the event for being too raunchy, Brisbane's Courier Mail reported.
The self-proclaimed "international star, exotic dancer and soft porn star" said she slipped during a routine at the Brisbane Convention Centre on Friday and felt victimised by the way she was treated.
She said the pole was "dodgy" and she had told organisers to change it.
"I started Pole Dancing 10 years ago (aged 17) and have never injured myself like this. I was sober and straight (I do not take drugs) and feel SEXPO is somewhat at fault,'' she said.
Lewis also claims she was unfairly ejected from the event on Saturday - a day before schedule - because her routine was "too risque".
"I feel this is incorrect and I did kept my g-string on and feel I was classy throughout," she said.
Sexpo organisers have said there was nothing wrong with the pole.
"We have held the Australian pole-dancing championship heats on that pole for the past four days. There hasn't been a single problem with it,'' he told Australian media.
He said Ms Lewis was ejected from the event after officials deemed her routine too raunchy.
"She was wearing a G-string but she was putting her hands in her underpants," he said.
"That behaviour breaches our licensing laws. And she had already received a warning.
"She was asked to leave on her second warning."
