Penelope Cruz wants to adopt 20 children, the 'Volver' actress - who is dating Oscar-winning actor Javier Bardem - is keen to become a mother but is too busy concentrating on her career.
She said: "I'd love to have kids. Maybe I'll adopt about 20 children - that's been my dream since I was a little girl.
"I love children, but at the moment I'm happy with my career. If one day I have a baby I'm not going to be able to work like I do now.
"I can be in London one day, Miami the next, New York after that, then back to Los Angeles. I travel more than some pilots!"
However, the 33-year-old beauty says once she has children she will cut down on her work commitments.
She added: "I'd still want to work when I have children, but not as much as I do now."
Penelope recently said she thinks she will be a "perfect" mother.
She said: "I would love to have children some day, but not for now. I think I would be a perfect mother. I love babies."
Last year, Penelope - who was single at the time - said adopting a child would make her life "complete".
She admitted: "I want to have my own kids, but also adopt. For a while I've had the feeling that my life won't be complete if I don't adopt."
