Lara Bingle was a no show at court this morning as a 15-year-old faced fresh charges over her Aston Martin.
The offender - who cannot be named for legal reasons - pleaded guilty in the Bidura Childrens Court to entering Australian cricket team vice-captain Michael Clarke's exclusive block in Bondi and destroying/damaging property.
Clarke is in New Zealand preparing for the Test match.
Charges over the theft of Bingle's car have been dropped.
An application for bail was made for the youth but was rejected "with regret" by the court.
He will reappear on April 27 following the preparation of a Juvenile Justice report.
