James Blunt breaks finger stage-diving

James Blunt, who will tour New Zealand later this month, has broken his little finger while stage diving.
The You're Beautiful singer injured himself after jumping into the crowd at a concert in Ashville, North Carolina, in the US, and being mobbed by excited fans last month.
He said: "I don't know what made me do it. I jumped off stage at the end and was chased by women, and men, in the crowd. I started running, and the next thing I knew I had broken my finger.
"I don't even know how I did it. I can't play the piano but I can still play the guitar with my remaining fingers!"
Despite his injury, Blunt is still planning to fulfil his plans to perform for troops in Kosovo - where he served as part of the NATO peacekeeping force in 1999 as an officer in the British Army.
He said: "It makes sense for me to do that because I served there."
This will not be the first time Blunt has played a concert in Kosovo.
In 2006, he performed in front of 500 troops on a bill which also included opera star Katherine Jenkins.
