Actor Verne Troyer has reportedly settled a lawsuit that will prevent the distribution of a sex tape featuring the Austin Powers star and his ex-girlfriend.
Troyer, best known for his role as Mini-Me in the Austin Powers series, had filed a US$20 million lawsuit against porn broker Kevin Blatt and others after snippets of the tape were released to celebrity website TMZ.com.
Associated Press reported court documents showed Troyer had signed agreements with Blatt agreeing to get Troyer's approval before selling or distributing the tape.
A lawyer for Troyer said the actor had no intention of granting approval, AP reported.
