Australian actor Russell Crowe says having long hair is like "walking around with a dead koala on your back".
The star - who is set to play both the Sheriff of Nottingham and Robin Hood in new movie Nottingham - has had to grow his locks for the roles, but isn't enjoying his wavy mane.
He said: "I hate having long hair - it's like walking around with a dead koala on your back."
Russell also revealed he couldn't resist pulling pranks on his Body of Lies co-star Leonardo DiCaprio while they were filming the thriller.
The 44-year-old hardman, who previously worked alongside Leonardo in 1995 film The Quick and the Dead, added to US TV show Extra: "I'd wait until Leonardo was sitting in the make-up chair and I'd walk past him and go 'Achew!'.
"Then I would squirt the atomiser of this spray bottle so just little bits of fine mist would form on his face and he'd obviously assume it was mucus."
Upon finding out he had been the victim of Russell's on set tricks, Leonardo replied: "I'm really happy. That has been bothering me for decades."
