Supermodel Heidi Klum shocked Jay Leno and American television viewers by pulling out a bag of her own teeth and dumping them on the talk show host's desk.
The German model told Leno, on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, that she kept every tooth she had lost since her childhood in a pouch which she keeps on her at all times.
Klum, who is married to musician Seal, admitted it was a "crazy" thing to do.
"I carry around a little bag of my teeth," she said.
"We don't have a tooth fairy (in Germany), so I put them in a little bag. Little ones, big ones. Those were like, wisdom ones.
"I don't know if it's good luck, it's just a crazy thing that I do."
An astonished Leno said: "Any fantasy I had is pretty much over now."
Klum said her bag of teeth landed her in trouble with border patrol, who feared the pouch contained drugs.
