The Royal New Zealand Ballet has had to cancel its Christchurch performances of Tutus on Tour.

The company was to perform next month at the Isaac Royal Theatre, but due to the devastating earthquake they have been asked not to visit the city.

The company hopes to bring the show to Cantabrians at a later date, the Royal New Zealand Ballet website said.
