Christmas gifts for literary characters

In the spirit of festive fun, here's my list. Show me yours!

Jay Gatsby
A copy of Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus - because clearly this is one dude who needs all the help he can get when it comes to understanding the ladies...or himself.

The Father & Son from The Road
An entire house stacked top-to-bottom with tinned food and medical supplies. Oh, and have the house be set behind some barbed wire fence, maybe on top of a mountain or something. They might still be ultimately doomed, but at least they can go out in style! YOLO!

The Little Match Girl
Aww, I'd get her so many, many warm things. A heater, blankets, wool clothes, shoes, scarves, gloves, hats. I'd give her back her grandmother too if I had the power to raise the dead. SO many things.

An armoured tank so she can drive out of Gilead and take as many of the blinkin' effers out with her along the way.

Anastasia Steele
A copy of The Handmaid's Tale and a clue.

Pip (from Great Expectations)
A subscription to FindSomeone or some other dating website. What is it with these obsessive male characters? Maybe they just need to discover there's a world of other women out there...

Katniss Everdeen
Well, Katniss likes food and I guess the ideal gift would be a breadmaker and some flour and a gun. Screw the bow and arrows!

Harry Potter
A pair of contact lenses...but seriously, they live in a magical world where you can fly on broomsticks, teleport and transform yourself into someone else just by drinking a potion made out of a hunk of their hair, and they can't fix Harry's poor eyesight?? Even us Muggles have the technology to do this already, yo.
