Kardashian, 33, divulged the unorthodox present on the Season 9 finale of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

She showed her sisters the book after adding the final touches as she got her hair and make-up done.

"I love to make selfie books for Kanye, and for his birthday I made him a selfie book and he loved it", Kardashian explained.

"So for our wedding I made him a new one. I hope he likes it."

The highly anticipated episode followed some of the drama that preceded Kimye's nuptials in Italy, including how Kardashian had to "let it go" that her younger sister Kylie Jenner had blue hair for the big day.

She also described her apprehension at walking down the aisle.

"I love this long, huge veil but it is the only thing that would make me trip and fall right on my face," she said.

"It makes me so nervous. So I don't know if I can wear it. It's the longest veil I think in history."

The 33-year-old reality star also made headlines after being honoured at the GQ Men of the Year Awards at London's Royal Opera House as Woman of the Year last night.

Kardashian was accompanied to the bash by husband West, with the pair making their official red carpet debut as a married couple at the event.

Accepting her award, she said: "What a huge honour to win Woman of the Year. It's so special. I want to thank my husband for making me feel like the Woman of the Year every single day."

Prior to heading into the ceremony, West was pictured on the red carpet ensuring his wife's custom Ralph & Russo Couture gown was sitting properly.

The dress divided opinion on Twitter, with some suggesting the low-cut leather top and sheer skirt were too revealing.
However, whatever people's thoughts on the gown, there was no doubt it was an impressive outfit - with a spokesperson for Ralph & Russo Couture admitting it took a staggering five days to create.

"The look was custom-made for her, specifically for tonight's event," the spokesperson told
"Kim knows exactly what she wants and she has great style, and we wanted to do something that was slightly different for her.

"We started designing it four to five days ago and it was an adaption of a catwalk piece. The team really committed and prioritised it. These pieces usually take weeks to make, but we had a quick turnaround. The skirt is entirely hand-embroidered and we had a team of four people working on it. They had to pull an all-nighter last night."
