Oscar-winning actress Reese Witherspoon has reportedly fallen for British singer James Blunt, after meeting him at one of his shows in Los Angeles.
The Walk The Line star and You're Beautiful singer immediately hit it off when they met after his show at Los Angeles' El Rey Theatre last month.
A source revealed: "Reese arrived with three female friends and headed straight for the bar. They sat at a private VIP table and drank white wine.
They looked like they were having a great time.
"She looked relaxed and happy, and when James finished his set and walked into the bar, Reese practically ran to him.
"Reese was laughing and smiling. They seemed to have great chemistry.
"She was saying how much she loved his music and making it obvious that she was really into him. They clearly shared a connection."
The 31-year-old actress recently finalised her divorce from Ryan Phillippe, with who she has two children, eight-year-old daughter Ava and three-year-old son Deacon.
Reese was most recently romantically linked to her Rendition co-star Jake Gyllenhaal but the pair are said to have split.
Blunt, 33, has been linked to a string of women including supermodel Petra Nemcova, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and British socialite Tara Palmer-Tomkinson.
He was recently seen dining with Kate Bosworth at Los Angeles' Il Sole restaurant, sparking rumours she had split from English model James Rousseau.
