Charlie Sheen spent New Year's Eve with ex-wife Denise Richards.
The Two and a Half Men star - who was arrested on Christmas Day for allegedly assaulting current spouse Brooke Mueller - saw in 2010 with the actress and their two daughters, Sam, five, and four-year-old Lola.
A source said: "He came to their house and everyone had dinner together."
Although, Charlie, 44, remained strong in front of his daughters, friends say he is terrified about what will happen to him following Brooke's allegations.
One pal told E! News: "He's s***ting his pants right now. He's scared. He just wants it to go away."
Charlie was arrested after an argument with Brooke, in which she claims he threatened her with a knife at their holiday home in Aspen, Colorado. He was later released on bail and will appear in court next month.
Despite the allegations, sources have previously claimed Brooke and Charlie are determined to save their 18-month marriage.
