Kristin Scott Thomas has been named the best dressed British woman over 40.
The 49-year-old actress beat off stiff competition from stars including Catherine Zeta-Jones and Dame Helen Mirren to clinch the prize, awarded by Good Housekeeping magazine.
Summing up the 'Four Weddings and a Funeral' star's style, fashion designer Ben de Lisi said: "Always understated, always refined and always blase chic.
Good Housekeeping said: "Her love of classic designer labels such as Yves Saint Laurent, and beautiful drapery and luxurious fabrics has won her fashion acclaim, although she's most comfortable at home in jeans or combats."
She beat model Yamin Le Bon into second place - with the magazine claiming the 45-year-old has a "timeless, glamorous style".
Actress Charlotte Rampling made it to third place, while Absolutely Fabulous star Joanna Lumley was in fourth place, followed by fashion designer Betty Jackson.
The rest of the top ten was made up by Nicole Farhi, Trinny Woodall, Catherine, Helen and Annie Lennox.
