Kendra Wilkinson wants a breast reduction, but is worried Hugh Hefner would be "mad".
The former Playboy magazine model got breast implants when she was a teenager to help her career as a topless model. Since she gave birth to her first child, Hank, in December, Kendra's boobs have become even bigger.
She hates her new look, and has revealed she will consider going under the knife if her assets don't deflate to their regular size when she has lost all her baby weight, even though it would anger Hugh.
The 24-year-old star was the Playboy mogul's live-in girlfriend from 2004 to 2009 and she knows he won't be thrilled with her desire for a smaller chest.
"If my boobs don't shrink, I would consider a breast reduction. Hef would be kind of mad, but it's time for a change," Kendra told the US edition of OK! magazine.
"I talk to him all the time and he's one of my best friends. He seems happy right now. He's in love, and that's cool."
Kendra has lost 25 pounds in the eight weeks since she gave birth and is keen to lose even more. But no matter how svelte she gets, she won't be baring all in Hefner's adult magazine Playboy again.
"At first I thought, 'Of course, I'd love to show my body off again,' but I don't think that would help me grow. I think I need to start a new chapter and move on," Kendra said.
