Elizabeth Hurley is to star in a new reality television show set on a farm.
The successful British model has agreed to be followed for a fly-on-the-wall series documenting her life on the organic farm she owns in the English countryside with multi-millionaire husband Arun Nayar.
The television show will be aired on Living TV, a UK channel primarily devoted to celebrity-based shows.
The public would expect a show about glamorous Elizabeth's life to be all about glitzy parties and fashion shows, so to see the beauty looking after animals in scruffy clothes will be a revelation.
Liz still earns millions of pounds as a top model but not many people know she has been an organic meat supplier since buying land in Gloucestershire, England five years ago.
"People tend to view her as this glamorous girl about town who spends all her time sitting on velvet cushions and drinking champagne with the stars. But the reality is she's actually a bit of a down-to-earth country girl," a source told British newspaper The Sun.
"This show will be both a great insight into Liz Hurley's busy life and the work she and Arun do on the farm."
The 45-year-old brunette will begin shooting her new show later this year.
She has spoken in the past about her desire for the public to see her as more than just a pretty face.
"People always imagine me with perfect hair. But that's not who I am," Elizabeth has previously said.
