Lady Gaga halted her concert mid-song to break up a fight between two fans.
Performing her Monster Ball concert in Washington DC this week, pop star Lady Gaga brought her show to a standstill to end a fight between fans that was happening just near the front of the stage.
Talking to the fans she said: "Stop fighting. Do not fight at this show.
"Is she okay? Are they both okay? I don’t know who hit who."
Dressed in a black leotard and covered in fake blood, Lady Gaga was part way through performing her song Monster.
"I just don’t want you to fight," she told them. "This is all about love and … happiness.”
Gesturing to the fake blood on her chest, she said: “only fake monster fighting.”
Earlier this year Lady Gaga created a controversy performing that routine in the UK only hours after a horrific shooting spree across northern England.
She has since said she is considering using real human corpses in her concert series.
