Justin Bieber is taking a month off from his busy schedule to "grow up".
The 17-year-old Canadian sensation is soon going to start work on his new album, but says he is going to take some time out to do the normal things in life that he hasn't managed to do yet.
Bieber, who is considered a teen idol, has revealed how he wishes to spend his month-long vacation.
"I've been working so hard, I'm taking a month off," he told the Hollywood Reporter.
"It's been great to just think and enjoy hanging out with friends. I'm still growing up, and when you're working every day, you don't really get a chance to figure out who you are."
"So with the time off, I'm able to think, pray and just kind of grow up."
Bieber has had an amazing journey over the past few years, since being discovered on video sharing website YouTube in 2008.
He has won numerous industry awards, sold out Madison Square Garden in New York and has been dating fellow teen star Selena Gomez.
He has also had huge success with his 3D biopic concert movie Justin Bieber: Never Say Never, and a successful fragrance launch of his new perfume line.
