Kim Kardashian fires back at critics with 'body shaming' blog post
Kim Kardashian-West has silenced her critics. For now.
The 35-year-old reality star penned an open and honest blog post following the backlash she received from many celebrities, after posting a naked selfie.
In the post, Kardashian addressed everything from her infamous sex tape with Ray J to her achievements thus far.
"Hey, guys. I wanted to write a post elaborating on my tweets last night. In all seriousness, I never understand why people get so bothered by what other people choose to do with their lives," Kardashian wrote.
* Kim Kardashian doesn't care what you think about her nude selfies
* So, did Kim Kardashian's butt break the internet?

"I don't do drugs, I hardly drink, I've never committed a crime—and yet I'm a bad role model for being proud of my body?
It always seems to come back around to my sex tape. Yes, a sex tape that was made 13 years ago."
Kardashian said she had "lived through the embarrassment and the fear" that the leaked sex tape had caused and urged others to "move on" once and for all.
"I am empowered by my body. I am empowered by my sexuality," she continued. "I am empowered by feeling comfortable in my skin. I am empowered by showing the world my flaws and not being afraid of what anyone is going to say about me."
"It's 2016. The body-shaming and slut-shaming—it's like, enough is enough. I will not live my life dictated by the issues you have with my sexuality. You be you and let me be me," Kardashian wrote.
"I am a mother. I am a wife, a sister, a daughter, an entrepreneur and I am allowed to be sexy."
However others argued it's about time for Kardashian to bow out gracefully and hand the 'sex kitten' baton to her younger sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
UK television personality Piers Morgan seems to think so.
After Kardashian attempted to "break the internet" posing completely nude for a second time, Morgan tweeted the star, half-not expecting a response.
"After she tweeted her latest nude picture last night, I replied by saying: 'I know the old man's $50 million in debt, Kim (a jokey reference to Kanye's preposterous recent claims of financial hardship) 'but this is absurd. Want me to buy you some clothes?'" Morgan wrote in a column for The Daily Mail UK.
"She wasn't amused. 'Hey @PiersMorgan,' she retorted, 'never offer to buy a married woman clothes. That's on some Ashley Madison type s**t. #forresearch'. I got off lightly".
Morgan, better known for his role as a former judge on the UK talent show Britain's Got Talent, wasn't the only celebrity to meet the wrath of the usually mild-manner brunette via social media.
Many started to speculate whether or not Kardashian's husband Kanye West, was actually behind the Twitter tirade.
let's all welcome @ChloeGMoretz to twitter, since no one knows who she is. your nylon cover is cute boo— Kim Kardashian West (@KimKardashian) 8 March 2016
Kardashian then took aim at Hollywood actress Chloë Grace Moretz and Oscar-winner Bette Midler, both of whom criticised her naked post.
"Until or if we hear otherwise, we must assume it really was Kim who's now morphed into a bragging, taunting female version of her other half," Morgan wrote.
sorry I'm late to the party guys I was busy cashing my 80 million video game check & transferring 53 million into our joint account 🤑🤑🤑💰💰💰— Kim Kardashian West (@KimKardashian) 8 March 2016
"It's hard to escape the creeping suspicion that this new frenzied and frankly rather desperate attempt to 'break the internet' is happening because other younger members of her family have been grabbing all the scantily-clad attention recently, notably half-sister 20-year-old Kendall 'Instagram Queen' Jenner," Morgan's column read.
"Every supermodel, movie and pop sex symbol (with the exception of the increasingly grotesque and embarrassing Madonna) knows there comes a time when you have to hand the baton onto the next generation, however reluctantly."
Wait I can't believe people thought Kanye or Khloe hacked my Twitter. I swear I'm funny too!!!— Kim Kardashian West (@KimKardashian) 8 March 2016
Kardashian has since responded to Twitter users questioning if West is behind the mayhem, following weeks of highly-publicised Twitter rants from the rapper.
"Wait I can't believe people thought Kanye or Khloe hacked my Twitter. I swear I'm funny too!!!" Kardashian tweeted.
In a bid to silence her 'haters' the reality star re-posted her naked selfie, alongside the caption "Happy International Womens Day".
