Jennifer Lawrence admits she finds her hectic schedule distressing.

The Silver Linings Playbook star, who was dubbed the Best Actress of the year at Sunday night's Academy Awards, has a number of movies to film in upcoming months.

Immediately after the ceremony Jennifer had her hair dyed brown in order to depict her Hunger Games character Katniss before she flew to Hawaii from Los Angeles.

After her Hunger Games sequel reshoots are done, she will start shooting David O. Russell's next film.

The star is exhausted.

"I want to sit on my couch and drink and not change my pants for days at a time," she told E! News.

"Don't ask me about my schedule because I'm sinking into a bit of depression."

Lawrence's ex-boyfriend Nicholas Hoult is not upset about reuniting with her on the set of their upcoming movie X-Men: Days of Future Past.

Lawrence portrays Mystique and Hoult will depict the legendary Beast.

He can't wait to start shooting in April.

"Yeah, I'm really excited to go back into it and to work more with those guys," he gushed to Us Weekly magazine.

"Bryan Singer is going to direct this time, so it would be good to work for him again. I kept in touch with most of the cast. It's really nice when there's a job that you know you're all going back to and you kind of have a good catch up. We had a lot of fun making the first one, lots of great memories, so it'll be a nice little reunion."

Lawrence and Hoult began dating shortly after they met in 2010 as co-stars in X-Men: First Class. They ended their relationship in January.
