Khloe Kardashian has reportedly filed divorce documents.
The 29-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star turned in the paperwork to end her marriage to Lamar Odom, 32, on Friday local time, according to TMZ.
The website reports Khloe is also seeking to “restore her name” so that her marital surname “Odom” is completely eliminated from her life.
The legal documents were submitted by lawyer Laura Wasser and the reality star is citing “irreconcilable differences” as the cause of her and Lamar’s split.
According to the outlet, Khloe is not asking for spousal support of any kind and she asks the judge to block her soon-to-be-ex from requesting alimony.
Radar Online previously reported their prenuptial agreement decrees Khloe “will remain as the beneficiary on a $10 million life insurance policy Lamar has for the rest of their lives” and she will also keep their marital home.
Khloe's marriage to Lamar began to disintegrate months ago after reports emerged he cheated on her and abused drugs, including crack cocaine.
Supposedly a video of basketball star Lamar rapping about his infidelity was the "last straw" for Khloe.
Last month, the footage of Lamar and a friend spitting lyrics was made public. He spoke about drug taking, money making and cheating on Khloe during the three-minute footage.
"Sources connected to Khloe say she found out about the video on a plane and went ballistic. When she landed she was hiding her left hand in her purse. Two days later, [her wedding] ring was gone and she hasn't worn it since," TMZ wrote.
The troubled spouses married in 2009 following a whirlwind romance.
