Heidi Klum has reportedly ended her romance with Martin Kristen.
The 40-year-old America's Got Talent judge began dating bodyguard Kristen in September 2012, just months after she filed for divorce from ex-husband Seal.
But apparently Klum's passions for him have waned, as she allegedly ended their relationship a few weeks ago.
"Life is about timing. He was incredibly supportive and they were there for each other, but they're moving on now," a source told People magazine.
It's claimed Klum wants to remain on amicable terms with Kristen because she is infinitely appreciative of him.
Sources say his encouragement helped the model get through the dissolution her marriage to Seal.
"Martin was there for her during a challenging time in her life and it was something she will always be grateful for," the insider detailed. "They still have a great friendship."
Kristen's job as Klum's bodyguard is now over, reports suggest. Insiders claim she has terminated his contract.
"They are no longer working together," another source informed the magazine.
Although Klum has been divorced twice, she has previously opened up about the importance of remaining optimistic about romance.
"Sometimes you just have to open up to someone even if you don't know where this journey will lead you. A lot of people are scared of that. And you can never expect a man to be perfect - after all men don't get the perfect woman either," she told the German edition of Grazia magazine last summer.
Klum is mother to four children with Seal. The singer adopted her eldest daughter, nine-year-old Leni, who the model shared with her ex, Italian businessman Flavio Briatore.
