Life of Pi director Ang Lee is coming to Auckland for a preview screening of his movie next week. We have a double pass for one lucky winner to attend the sold out evening.
Critically acclaimed director Lee (Brokeback Mountain, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon) has adapted the novel by Yann Martel about a young man on a fateful voyage.
After a spectacular disaster in the middle of the ocean, he is hurtled into an epic journey of adventure and discovery. He becomes marooned on a lifeboat he must share with the ship's only other survivor, a fearsome Bengal tiger with whom he makes an amazing and unexpected connection.
The 3D movie is already seen as one of the hottest contenders for an Academy Award.
Up for grabs is a double pass for the sold out show at Silvia Park in Auckland next Thursday, December 20 at 6.30pm. After the movie Lee will answer the audience's question. The winner will also receive a movie poster signed by Ang Lee.

To enter the competition send an Email competitions@stuff.co.nz with your name, address, post code and phone number before 10am on Tuesday, December 18 to go in the draw. Please ensure the email subject line says, Life of Pi.

Prize winners will be determined from a random draw of eligible entries received before 10am on on Tuesday December 18. Only one entry per person will be accepted. The winner will be notified on Tuesday.
Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other property. The winners need to make their own way to the cinema.
Employees of Fairfax New Zealand's corporate office and www.stuff.co.nz, and their immediate families, are not eligible for the prize.
