The first Hobbit movie is out and it is already breaking records. And a year and a half after Peter Jackson allowed fans a first glimpse behind the scenes of The Hobbit production, the director has published his last video blog... on the first film.

It shows Jackson and his crew finishing the movie, before celebrating the premiere in Wellington.

For all who were part of the massive crowd on November 28, this video will sum up an exciting day. But it's not a final good bye, Jackson says that he will be back with a video blog for the second Hobbit movie, due out in December 2013, in the New Year.
