Academy Award winning actress Jennifer Lawrence got the full Jack Nicholson experience when she met him for the first time after he crashed one of her post-Oscars interviews.

And in true Nicholson style - things got a little creepy.

It's one of the most watched YouTube videos to come out of the Oscars, which showed Lawrence, 22, meeting one of her idols.

The 75-year-old Nicholson interrupted Lawrence's interview with George Stephanopoulos, to tell her he admired her work in the film Silver Linings Play Book.

Lawrence initially appeared touched and surprised to be approached by Nicholson.

But what happened after that, even Lawrence had a hard time believing.

Here's a transcript:

Nicholson: "You did such a beautiful job! I don't mean to crash your interview."

Lawrence, laughing, sarcastically replied: "Yeah, you're being really rude."

Nicholson: "Enjoy the night. I loved you in the movie. It was great. You look like an old girlfriend of mine."

Giving as good as she got, Lawrence shot back: "Oh, really? Do I look like a new girlfriend?"

Nicholson quipped: "I thought about it."

Lawrence, burying head in hands: "Oh, my God! Is he still here?"

Nicholson, sauntering back: "I'll be waiting!"

Lawrence: "Oh, my God! I need a rearview mirror!"
