World War Z is hitting the big screen this week and we're giving you the chance to win one of five prize packs.

The story revolves around United Nations employee Gerry Lane (Bratt Pitt), who traverses the world in a race against time to stop a pandemic that is toppling armies and governments and threatening to decimate humanity itself.

We're having five ultimate survival kits that will be very helpful if ever faced with a global pandemic of apocalyptic proportions to give away.

Each contains:

- World War Z book by Max Brooks on which the film is loosely based

- Survival kit in backpack (hammock, torch headlight, hand warmers, alloy water bottle, glow sticks)

- Wind up phonecharger and flashlight

- First aid kit

- Hydration pack

- Double pass (Best if used before the pandemic hits.)

How to win:

Watch the trailer and tell us in how many days life as we know it will come to an end if Gerry Lee and his men are not successful.

Send an email with the answer including the number along with your name, address, post code and phone number, to competitions@stuff.co.nz.

All entries must be received before 10am on Friday, June 21 to go in the draw. Please ensure the email subject line say WorldWarZ.

Terms and Conditions:

Prize winners will be determined from a random draw of eligible entries received before 10am on Friday, June 21. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other property.

Winners have to provide an address in New Zealand to send the prize to.
