Michael Bay has kept up the Transformers tease with the release of another supercar to star in the fourth edition.

A 2013 blood red Pagani Huayra - named after an ancient Andean God of Wind - is the latest big name vehicle to join the line-up.

What's not known is whether the Huayra will be an Autobot or a Decepticon.

Filming for the fourth instalment of the action series - which has not been officially named yet - has begun in the US and due for release in the middle of 2014.

Vehicles already confirmed to star alongside the Huayra are a 1200 horsepower Bugatti Grand Sport Vitesse, a Lamborghini Aventador, a C7 Corvette Stingray, a modified 1967 Camaro SS (to be Bumblebee), an Ultimate Sonic RS Rally Car and a custom-built Western Star truck that will of course be Autobot leader, Optimus Prime. Human stars confirmed so far will be Mark Wahlberg, Stanley Tucci, Nicola Peltz, T J Miller and Sophia Myles.
