Justin Timberlake will now play three shows in Auckland in October.

The pop star announced last month that he will be coming to New Zealand as part of the world tour for his album The 20/20 Experience.

The album won three Grammys this year and Timberlake fans will get the chance to hear it live on October 15, as well as the already announced dates of October 12 and 13.

It is the first time Timberlake has toured here since three sell-out shows in 2007.

Tickets for the third show at Auckland's Vector Arena will go on sale Friday, 11 April.
