Folowing the success of Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, mobile developer Glu has announced two new celebrity-focused games, starring hip-hop mogul Nicki Minaj and actor Jason Statham, respectively.

The Nicki Minaj game hasn't been given a title, but will include Minaj's name, likeness, voice, and creative direction. It's scheduled to release in winter 2016.

"I am thrilled to welcome the undisputed queen of hip-hop, Nicki Minaj, to Glu's growing list of celebrity partners," said Niccolo de Masi, Glu Chairman and CEO. "Nicki brings to Glu her audience of over 100 million social followers and a new music category. We look forward to combining Nicki's distinctive style and massive global appeal with Glu's celebrity social gaming expertise."

Minaj released her first studio album, Pink Friday, in 2010, and has become one of the most successful artists in hip-hop. She was the first female solo artist to have seven singles simultaneously on the Billboard Hot 100, and both her first two albums have been certified platinum by the RIAA. Her latest album, The Pinkprint, came out last December to critical acclaim, and was certified gold in February. She's also had a number of movie roles and product endorsement, and was a featured performer at the 2012 Super Bowl.

The Jason Statham game, meanwhile, is a first-person shooter called Sniper X: Kill Confirmed, which is due out this year. Statham is Glu's first male celebrity partner, and the game will include his name, likeness, and voice in "high-pressure, first-person shooter gameplay."

Since his film debut with 1998's Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Statham has starred in more than 40 blockbusters. He's best known for action and thriller franchises like The Fast and the Furious, The Transporter, and The Expendables, but has also appeared in the likes of In the London (2005), Name of the King (2007), and Gnomeo & Juliet (2011).
