Faith No More will play two New Zealand shows in February, it has been confirmed.
The reformed rock act will perform at Wellington's TSB Arena on February 16, and Vector Arena in Auckland on February 18, before heading to Australia to headline the Soundwave festival.
The band, led by singer Mike Patton and famous for hits like Epic and Midlife Crisis, announced the dates on its website.
The band broke up in 1998, but reformed earlier this year and has played several European festival dates.

When and Where are the tickets on sale??????
The Wellington date has been changed to Christchurch!! What is going on??
Anyone know any inside ticket price info? I already paid 200 for Soundwave in Sydney but I would love to see a full FNM show here as well.
Cory - i believe the AD tour was '93, i was at the Auckland show and yes now that you mention it i do remember the final countdown as the intro music! that was one of the best concerts i've ever been to, Patton was a madman in his youth! i saw them 3 times when they were still around, and also saw fantomas/tomahawk twice each, never disappointed, looking forward to seeing them again!!
I can't believe their coming!! Them even rejoining was great but getting to see them live in Wellington is most Epic! lol.
Thats....."epic"
Oh hell yeah! Missed these guys last time they came, and have been kicking myself ever since. I was going to go over to aussie to see these guys at the soundwave festival, but now it looks like I can see them right here at home :)
these guys are brilliant and i never thought I would see the day that they would reunite or even come to NZ again!!!
Perfect, dream come true, excellent... Can't wait. Have seen them in Hamburg a couple of times back in the days. #52: Paul, you can stay on your side of the road, it's better for everyone :-)
