Hyped indie band Dirty Projectors have announced a short New Zealand tour in March next year.

The band, who released their fifth album Bitte Orca earlier this year and had a hit with the song Stillness is the Move, will play Auckland's Montecristo Room on March 3, and Wellington's San Francisco Bathhouse in Wellington on March 4.

Tickets for the shows go on sale on November 27.
