Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl breaks leg during show - but carries on singing
Dave Grohl is one tough cookie.
The Foo Fighters frontman reportedly broke his leg during a concert in Gothenburg, Sweden, on Friday - but he powered through the pain to carry on singing.
The band was performing a song early in the set at the Ullevi stadium when Grohl, 46, jumped offstage and broke his right leg, according to Swedish media.
"Hey, ladies and gentlemen. I love you ... now look, I think I just broke my leg," he told the crowd, before being taken backstage for treatment.
"Right now I'm gonna go to the hospital and I'm gonna fix my leg but then we're gonna come back and play for you again. I'm so sorry.
"You have my promise right now that the Foo Fighters - we're going to come back and finish the show."

The band's drummer then took over the mic as they played some covers for the crowd.
And the former Nirvana drummer kept his promise, returning to the stage 15 minutes later.
He continued the concert while sat in a chair as a paramedic tended to his injured leg.

"I may not be able to walk or run but I can still play guitar and scream," he told the audience.
And rock on he did, with fans taking to social media to praise his brave response.
We will now think twice before telling anyone to break a leg before a big performance . . .
