Gwyneth Paltrow's collaboration with Huey Lewis for the song Cruisin' from the Duets movie soundtrack has been voted the worst duet ever in a new poll.

Music website Spinner.com voted Cruisin', from 2000, as the world's worst duet.

It beat Paula Abdul's collaboration with cartoon rabbit rapper MC Skat Kat, Opposites Attract, and Paul McCartney and Michael Jackson's ballad The Girl is Mine, to the top spot.

One surprise on the list is Mick Jagger and David Bowie's hit duet Dancing in the Streets, but it may have something to do with their bizarrely camp video.

The most recent track on the list was Madonna and Justin Timberlake's recent hit, 4 Minutes, produced by Timbaland.

Spinner.com's worst duets list:

1. Cruisin' - Gwyneth Paltrow and Huey Lewis (2000)
2. Opposites Attract - Paula Abdul and MC Skat Kat (1989)
3.
The Girl Is Mine - Paul McCartney and Michael Jackson (1982)
4. I’ve Got You Under My Skin - Bono and Frank Sinatra (1993)
5. To All The Girls I’ve Loved Before - Willie Nelson and Julio Iglesias (1984)
6. I Know What You Want - Mariah Carey and Busta Rhymes (2003)
7.
I’ve Had The Time of My Life - Jennifer Warnes and Bill Medley (1987)
8. Our Lips Are Sealed - Hilary and Haylie Duff (2004)
9. Dancing in the Streets - Mick Jagger and David Bowie (1985)
10. 4 Minutes - Madonna and Justin Timberlake (2008)

I completely agree with this #1 choice ... and almost as bad was "Something Stupid" by Nicole Kidman and Robbie Williams. Movie starts who can't sing should stick to acting.

I like Gwynnie and Huey's version of Cruisin. Dancing in the Streets is crap though and that would have been my number one, maybe I shouldn't have seen the music clip to it.

Ebony and Ivory sucks just as hard as The Girl is Mine, if not harder. But JT and Madonna are worse, sounds like kids shouting bad movie dialogue.

Good god 'I've got you under my skin' is horrible. Bono and Frank just do not work together well.

There's plenty of duets around - the problem with selecting the worst is that bad duets are generally forgotten. Here's some more though;

Bryan Adams/Mel C - When You're Gone Whitney/Mariah - When You Believe Neneh Cherry/Youssou N'dour - 7 seconds

'I've had the time of my life' and 'dancing in the street' are classics. As for 'Cruisin', Bono's attempt at Frankies song is terrible. Too big for his boots! Mariah Carey was just meat for her duet.

Pavarotti and Mariah Carey singing "Hero." Awkward AND bad!

The Smokey Robinson version was great, did he do that with Marilyn McCoo? I agree, what's wrong with Gwyneth (aside from not being able to sing), I'd tap it!!! *Smiles*
