British folk darlings Mumford and Sons are set to wow New Zealand audiences for the first time in November.

The award-winning act announced today to include shows in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch in their tour schedule.  

The band, led by Marcus Mumford, who recently married Hollywood actress Carey Mulligan, hit the charts with the 2009 album, Sigh No More, which went to No 1 in New Zealand and won them a Brit Award and Billboard Music Award.

They are currently working on a follow-up album, due to be released in September this year.
