Lady Gaga has "really taken to the idea" of recording her music naked.

The songstress is famed for her bizarre behaviour and eccentric wardrobe outfits. Gaga has reportedly started stripping off her clothes before laying down vocals during her recording studio sessions.

"Gaga has really taken to the idea of naked recording. She has been recording vocals while she's been completely starkers," a source told British newspaper The Sun.

"She thinks it makes her voice sound better."

Gaga recently told the latest edition of US Vogue that despite her international fame, she can still go incognito at times. The 26-year-old star is proud that she can still be a "complete free spirit".

"Even though you don't see it, I still find time to have sex at night on the beach when no one's around," she said.

"Or roll into a bar and get [bleeped] up, and dance with my top off. It's just that no one ever sees that, because I have great real friends who never let me do it when I would get caught."
