Taylor Swift is being branded the Yoko Ono of One Direction.

The 22-year-old country singer is currently dating British boyband heartthrob Harry Styles and over the weekend treated him to a ride in her private jet.

Fellow band members Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne weren't invited, which has sparked fears she could split up the group.

"There was loads of room for the rest of the band in Taylor's luxury jet but he didn't even suggest they travelled together," a source told British newspaper The Sun.

"It's really not far off from the Yoko situation."

While Harry was enjoying the luxury of his new flame's private plane, the rest of One Direction had to fight their way through hoards of fans at London's Heathrow airport.

Liam apparently even suffered some injuries as the boys pushed past crowds of screaming girls.

The Beatles split in 1970 and many fans blame Yoko's influence on her husband John Lennon for the disintegration of Britain's most famous band.

Taylor has already incurred the wrath of One Direction followers who took to Twitter to show their disapproval of her relationship with Harry.

The I Knew You Were Trouble singer was even subjected to death threats on the social networking site.
