Jason Derulo is set to play a one-off New Zealand show this year.

The chart-topping pop, hip-hop and R&B star will perform at Auckland's Vector Arena on April 24, with support from local boy band, Titanium.

Fans can expect to hear his current single 'Trumpets' as well as other recent hits 'Talk Dirty' and 'The Other Side' from his latest album Tatoos.

Despite his forced hiatus during 2012, the 2011 Pop Songwriter of the Year has an impressive array of hits to his name including 'Whatcha Say', 'In My Head' and Ridin' Solo' from his self-titled debut album, plus 'Don't Wanna Go Home', 'It Girl' and 'Fight for You' from Future History.

Tickets for the show go on sale on February 17 at 10am through Ticketmaster.

A My Live Nation and American American Express cardmembers pre-sale begins at midday on February 12, and a Ticketmaster pre-sale starts at midday on February 14.
