Susan Boyle, the internet hit of the week thanks to her performance on Britain's Got Talent, has been asked to appear on Oprah Winfrey's talk show.
Boyle's performance of I Dreamed A Dream from Les Miserables caused a sensation, as a video of the performance received more than 23 million hits on YouTube since it was posted last weekend.
She received a standing ovation after the performance, and the show's judges - including the notoriously hard-to-please Simon Cowell - were taken aback.
Actress Demi Moore was reportedly moved to tears by the clip, and the story was been picked up around the world with broadcasters queuing for interviews.
The 47-year-old - who claimed she lived at home in Scotland with her cats and had "never been kissed" - has asked been to appear on Oprah.
A spokesperson confirmed Winfrey had lined Boyle up for an appearance on a future episode of her talk show.
