EXCLUSIVE: Ousted Survivor competitor Randy Bailey says Parvati Shallow will win the latest season of the reality show because her bikini body has blinded the men on her tribe.

Bailey, a wedding videographer from Missouri, was eliminated when the villains lost a tough wrestling challenge in the mud and chose to send him home over Shallow. Two people from the heroes tribe have been eliminated, but he is the first villain to be sent home.

The 49-year-old told Stuff.co.nz Shallow - who won Survivor's $1 million prize on a previous season set in Micronesia - had used her good looks to hoodwink the men in his tribe.

"She has this spell over people. She smiles, she giggles, she wears her bikini and that's her strategy and people don't vote her out because of it," he said.

"It doesn't affect me but it affects other people. Russell (Hantz) and Boston Rob (Mariano) fell for it. Plus she's already won $1 million. She's just gonna get more powerful.

"We needed to vote her out and I hope it comes back to haunt the people in my tribe who didn't see it that way."

Bailey said the heroes were a stronger tribe than the villains, but couldn't perform if a challenge involved any kind of puzzle solving.

"They have us outmatched when it's pure strength. If you give us a challenge that requires any kind of creativity or cleverness, the heroes are going to lose every time. They've got such big egos, they just fall apart.

"I don't think there's a brain amongst that tribe."

But it wasn't just the heroes Bailey had words for. Many of his tribemates - including Mariano and Hantz - were also in his sights.

"I've got news for you: Boston Rob is not that great," he said. "He's just a control freak. He's a camera whore. He's gotta be the one who lights the fire or raises the flag. It's annoying to be around.

"(And) I didn't think much of (Hantz). He's short and he's fat. Then when I got home and saw him in Samoa, I thought, 'Holy cow'. He's a good player. He's pretty tough doing back-to-back seasons like that."

Bailey, who came 11th in Survivor: Gabon, said his second stint on the show was a shock to the system.

"Looking back on it, I remember the good times. You forget about going without food or going days and days without sleep. You're reminded of that very quickly, on day one. I was freaking out out there the first three or four days."

Ad Feedback

He had no problems being called a villain.

"All I did was talk trash about people behind their back, and that made me a villain."

Survivor: Heroes vs Villains screens on TV3 every Thursday at 8.30pm. Stuff.co.nz will interview every contestant as they are eliminated.

@ Blah Blah, well the camera's are not really focused at Villains when heroes lose. But it looks like this episode has idols so maybe Russell will get one

Don't see why James is getting all angry about the puzzles..... I do go for the Heros but then again i don't like to see anyone go :( Russel isn't doing what he used to do-Manulipating peolpe also why isn't he searching for the idols...............

I have to agree with Bainn #3 - there is something sad & pathetic about Randy & I feel sorry for him too. Randy is right about Parvati - they don't realise what a threat she is which is exactly why she won last time, & has a good chance of winning again. I definitely think James has been hitting the steroids - explains the over-the-top aggression & the ridiculously big muscles.

@ Rich #10 This was filmed before 19 was shown on tv thats why they didn't suspect him. If they should have suspected anyone it should be Sandra because that is what she did towards the end of her season (season 8 pearl islands).

Never realised it until now, but Russell doesn't know yet that he is soon to be the runner-up in Season 19 (Samoa), or the reason why he didn't win (in my opinion - he can got to the final three but rubbed juror's faces in it). Hence his strategy of openly trash talking and of boasting loudly hasn't changed. Will be interesting to see what transpires - as I think this bunch of participants will value his ability to play the game more than the previous season's "sore loser" jurors.

i've missed the odd episode, but can not understand why they don't get rid of courtney, obviously she wont eat any of the tribes food, but she has no input or anything and gets to stay cos she's never in a challenge to stuff up....

yep! james is scary, he's changed!!

Don't fall into the 'go the heroes, boo the villains' crap, its all edited and presented that way, the heroes tribe has more sneaky things going on, and JT almost got caught out for it, what a turnaround in tactics he is using. Whats up with James? He has been pumping steroids or something and gone mad! I couldn't believe the Russel hid the large knife and no-one realised it was him after his previous sock burning exploits (or maybe because of the timing they never saw his games?) I reckon Amanda is hotter than Parvati Survivor rules!

It's Randy's own fault his flame was extinguished. If he had spent his time collecting fire wood or helping make the hut mint instead of lurking in the shallows, looking at the babes, then he would still be there. Creepy old men don't win a million bucks. Bye Randy...back to looking at other peoples wedding albums.
