One trolley, five minutes - and all the groceries you can grab!

Simply purchase a Continental Cup-a-Soup and TV Guide together in one transaction at any Countdown, Woolworths or Foodtown supermarket and swipe your Onecard - or enter your Onecard number at the time of purchase online - and you're in the draw.

Two lucky people will win a Grocery Grab at a Countdown, Woolworths or Foodtown supermarket store. Each person will have five minutes to fill a trolley with goodies - up to a value of $2,000 - and whatever's in the trolley when the timer stops is yours!

Terms and Conditions - Grocery Grab Competition

Terms building
Information or directions on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions.  By entering into this promotion the entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid.
 
Who is Eligible
This promotion is open to New Zealand residents who are Onecard holders
 
How to Enter
To enter the promotion, entrants must purchase Continental Cup-a-Soup and TV Guide together in one transaction at any Countdown, Woolworths or Foodtown supermarket AND either:
(a)    swipe their Onecard if purchasing in-store; or,
(b)    enter their Onecard number at the time of purchase if purchasing online.

Entry is not limited. However, the entrant will only receive one entry into the prize draw for each combined purchase of Continental Cup-a-Soup and TV Guide purchased during the Promotion Period.

The Promotion commences on August 10th 2009 and closes at 11.59pm on September 9th 2009 ("Promotion Period").  Both the purchase and entry into the draw must be within the Promotion Period.  .

All valid entries received in the Promotion Period will automatically go into the draw to win the Prize. No entries will be accepted after the Promotion Period ends.

Winner(s)
The prize winners will be randomly drawn on September 23rd 2009. There will be two prize winners drawn, one entry from the South Island and one entry from the North Island.  The prize winners will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail, at the Promoter's discretion, using the details listed on the Onecard database. Entrants should ensure that their personal details on the Onecard database are correct.    If a winner is not contactable within 48 hours the competition will be re-drawn.  If any redrawn winner is not immediately contactable, the Promoter may immediately conduct a further redraw, and is under no obligation to wait any period of time before conducting a further redraw.

Ad Feedback

By entering the competition, the prize winner agrees that their name, image and photograph(s) may be used for publicity purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph(s) and in all material incorporating the photograph(s). The prize winner agrees to make him or herself available for reasonable promotional and publicity purposes without further compensation.

The prize winner will be required to sign an indemnity in a form determined by the Promoter and Progressive Enterprises Limited before claiming the Prize. Failure to sign such an indemnity will result in the prize winner forfeiting the Prize.

The Prize
The Prize is a Grocery Grab (with a maximum retail value of $2,000).  A Grocery Grab means that the winner will have five minutes to fill a supermarket trolley with grocery items.  At the end of five minutes, the winner will be entitled to the groceries in the trolley (excluding alcohol, cigarettes, health and beauty products, CD's, DVD's and electrical goods), up to a maximum value of $2000.The trolley may be controlled by the winner or a person of the winner's choice over the age of 16 years.  The Grocery Grab will take place at the Countdown, Woolworths or Foodtown supermarket store closest to the prize winner's address.  Only two items of each product may be taken.  Any additional costs or additional optional extras are the responsibility of the prize winner.  Each Grocery Grab will be supervised by Progressive Enterprises Limited. 

The Grocery Grab is to be arranged at a time and date suitable to the Promoter and Progressive Enterprises Limited, but in any event no earlier than the 25th September 2009 and no later than the 8th October 2009.

The prize is not transferrable or redeemable and may not be exchanged for cash, unless otherwise stipulated.

In the event that any prize(s) become unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
 
Variations
The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion. 
 
Exclusions and Liability
The Promoter and Progressive Enterprises Limited are not responsible for late or misdirected entries and take no responsibility for any entries not correctly lodged through the Onecard system.

The Promoter and Progressive Enterprises Limited are not responsible if any winner cannot be contacted using the details entered on the Onecard system.

The Promoter and Progressive Enterprises Limited and its related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury (including without limitation indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion or claiming/winning any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
 
The Promoter and Progressive Enterprises Limited are not responsible for the transmission or receipt of any incorrect information associated with entries, either caused by user error or any equipment or programming malfunction associated with the promotion.
 
The Promoter and Progressive Enterprises Limited accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.  

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrants for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to making multiple entries that are not associated with the purchase of a promotion product, or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms or conditions.
 
Use of Personal Information
All entries become the property of Onecard and Progressive Enterprises Limited.  All personal information will be collected and stored by Onecard (Progressive Enterprises Limited) in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. All entrants have the right to access their personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993. Progressive Enterprises Limited may use entrants' personal information from entries to conduct the promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for its own future promotional and publicity purposes in accordance with standard Onecard terms and conditions.
 
By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the use of their information as described above.
