Cindy Crawford's dry spell remedy
Cindy Crawford takes pole-dancing classes to keep her marriage alive.
The 44-year-old supermodel – who has son Presley, 11, and daughter Kaia, nine with her husband Rande Gerber – attends sexy dance classes in the dark, where she tunes into her "sexuality and sensuality" whilst staying in shape.
She said: "There are no steps to learn with pole-dancing and after having kids it's great to re-tap into that sexuality and sensuality. The class is super-dark so you wouldn’t even recognise the woman next to you if she was next to you in the supermarket.

"You dance to music differently because you hear it differently. And my husband does not complain."
Crawford and Gerber married back in 1998 – following her divorce from her husband of four years, actor Richard Gere in 1995 – and were firm friends first.
Despite being happily married for 12 years, Crawford admits her sex life goes through "dry spells" but they work hard to keep the spark in their relationship.
She explained to the Sunday Mirror newspaper: "If you just wait for the moment to strike, you're going to have some dry spells. Sometimes you have to grease the wheels a little. You just need to make it a priority and say tonight is going to be the night. If you're not in the mood, it's easy enough to get in the mood."
Crawford also admits she is the "emotional" one in their relationship.
She added: "We're not people who talk 20 times a day but I need to check in more than Rande does. I'm the woman, the emotional one. He'd be happy to never talk about the relationship again. Rande's philosophy is, 'If everything's good, why talk about it, and if it's bad, why talk about it?' "
