It took 816kg of butter, 7,200 eggs, 3,265kg of flour and close to 1360kg of brown sugar to build, but it's a world beater.
The Guinness World Records has declared a gingerbread house in the US, which measures 18m by 12m, the world's largest.
The cakey creation was made by the Traditions Club of Bryan, Texas, as a fundraiser for a local hospital.
It is decorated 22,304 lollies and is is large enough for an adult to walk inside. It also contains 38 million calories.
"Basically it has everything but indoor plumbing," said Bill Horton, general manager of the Traditions Club.
But this sweet treat is not to be eaten. The house will be opened up for paid to raise money for the charity.
