Bobbi Brown Brow Pencil RRP$55.

Tester: Female, 33

This crayon-like brow pencil was so easy to apply and gave my eyebrows a natural definition, which accentuated my eyes. Available from brand counters.

The Body Shop Lightening Touch. RRP$29

Tester: Female, 45

I feel I've banished dark circles forever, thanks to the Lightening Touch stick. This product diminished the dark rings under my eyes from lots of late nights, but without collecting in the creases or wrinkles. It comes in a portable twist-up pack with an applicator brush that's gentle to the touch. The liquid comes in four different shades to suit different skins. It works through the inclusion of mica particles that reflect the light, brightening the skin and reducing the appearance of fine lines. It contains marula oil from Namibia that helps replace moisture in the skin.

Kupis Plucking Perfection kit. RRP$19.99

Tester: Female, 42

These are not the first tweezers with LED light that I have used, but they are an improvement on the last lot, which I kept clicking off as I worked. The light shines straight down from the centre of the tweezers. The angle is a bit glary when working on my left brow, but it does improve visibility. They come with a handy little magnifying mirror with suction cups. Available from The Warehouse stores nationwide.

Juice Beauty Green Apple Nutrient Eye Cream. RRP$69.

Tester: Female, 43

This eye cream is packaged in a bottle with a pump dispenser and only one squirt was needed for both eyes. It did take some effort to rub in and took a while to properly blend into my skin, but once absorbed, smelled good. Its formulation includes nutrients from green tea, carrots and avocado. It did not irritate my eyes or skin. Phone 0508 375 394 for stockists.

Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay in Place Lip Pencil. RRP$45.

Tester: Female, 33

I tried this lip-pencil in 'spice' and found it applied with ease, giving my lips fullness and definition. One end has a lipstick brush, which came in very handy when I needed to blend in my lipstick. Available from brand counters.

Body Shop Peach Shimmer Waves. RRP$42.

Tester: Female, 30

This shimmer powder comes in waves of the prettiest peach shades. I applied to the apples of my cheeks to give a glow and to my eyelids for a fresh, frosted look.
