With just a few swipes of a makeup brush, Promise Tamang Phan can transform herself into anyone from Michael Jackson to Kate Middleton.
 
The makeup artist's series of YouTube tutorials have made her an online sensation, gaining millions of followers since she first logged on in June 2009.
 
She describes herself as just a normal girl who loves makeup.
 
The 22-year-old insists on her Facebook page that she is not a professional and is completely self-taught.
 
In her latest tutorial, the Nepalese video-blogger transforms herself into Johnny Depp and three of his famous on-screen characters.
 
In just minutes she applies makeup to create masculine contours to her face to become Edward Scissorhands, Willy Wonka and Pirates of the Caribbean's Captain Jack Sparrow.
 
The tutorial has had more than 400,000 views since it was first uploaded a week ago.
 
An earlier video of her transformation into Angelina Jolie has clocked more than 16 million views.
 
Phan has since uploaded every day makeup tutorials at the request of fans eager to learn her tricks.
