Khloe Kardashian reveals haircare secrets
How does Khloe Kardashian keep her tresses looking healthy? By using hair conditioning treatments three times a week.
The 32-year-old reality star's locks go through a lot considering the amount of photoshoots and red carpet events she is kept busy with. So in order to keep her hair in good condition, Kardashian makes sure she lathers on oils and creams to deep condition down to the roots.
"I'm pretty simple when it comes to hair care, but I do take extra steps to make sure it stays healthy because of all the heat and styling I am subjected to!" she wrote on her blog.
"I am the queen of conditioning treatments. I use all kinds of oils and creams - vitamin E, Olaplex, olive oil, avocado oil and coconut oil - quite frequently. I do this at least three times a week."

When it comes to her daily hair routine, Kardashian tries to wash her locks every other day. However, when she's sporting a shorter 'do, she has to cleanse them daily.
"I wash my hair about every other day except when my hair is short. When it's short, I tend to wash it every day," she explained. "I know it's not healthy to wash that often, but I work out so intensely that my hair gets soaking wet when it's short. When I have extensions, I'm able to use dry shampoo and last longer than when it is short."
Kardashian has experimented with a huge array of hair looks over the years, but is currently sporting blonde locks. And the reality star also let her fans into the secret of how she keeps her tresses looking bright.
"My daily routine is simple: Just shampoo and conditioner," she said. "If I need to, sometimes I will shampoo twice because I'll have residue left over from the oil treatments I use.
"I use a purple shampoo once a week to kick up my blonde hair colour, and then I shampoo and condition as normal. Easy!"
