Model Ashley Hart is now into her second year as a 'Mambo Goddess' and 'Mambassador' - she's also sister to internationally successful model Jessica Hart.

Ash recently shot the Mambo Spring/Summer campaign alongside supermodel (and Victoria's Secret angel) Barbara Palvin. Described as 'the quintessential Aussie beach babe' and 'ridiculously fun', Ash lives a healthy lifestyle, loves the beach and has a go at most action sports.

"When I was younger I used to love putting 10 layers of bronzer over my foundation! Looking back on photos I'm like, oh dear, why?! Less is always more when it comes to beauty. I was recently in India, travelling light, and the only makeup I took with me was my Tom Ford Finger Bronzer/Highlighter in a nice compact palette with a mirror. It's all I need at night if I feel like feeling pretty so it was great.

I feel so fortunate to have modelled for 10 years. I've learnt so much, I know how to do great hair and make-up and how to apply each product properly. I'd say the most important beauty tip after all these years is to love yourself. When you do, it shows! My beauty indulgence is getting a facial every two months, which does a great job in restoring moisture back to my skin - especially after thick make up being applied shoot after shoot. I also love getting a manicure and pedicure every couple of weeks.

In the morning, I use Simple 'Kind to Skin' Purifying Cleansing Lotion, and I apply Weleda's Skin Food moisturiser (my secret weapon), and then Elle Macpherson Invisible Zinc SPF30 and I also massage coconut oil into the rest of my skin - it's a steal because you can use it everywhere: as an eye makeup remover, on the tips of your hair, etc.

For my hair I have a good Mason Pearson brush that stimulates your scalp. I try a deep conditioner treatment every week; this week it's Dove Nutritive Therapy Nourishing Oil Care.

As far as makeup goes, I think that less is always more when it comes to beauty - start from the inside.  My main beauty essential is to drink at least two litres of water a day. In terms of makeup colours, I love earthy colours, deep greens, golds, and browns on my eyes and peachy pink lips and cheeks. My sister's new make-up line is natural and amazing, it looks and feels great!

In terms of fragrance I'm using jasmine essential oil at the moment. It's feminine and sweet and it feels like I'm permanently in the tropics!

If I've been working with a face full of makeup I always take it off straight after a shoot  - Simple Facial Cleansing Wipes are a great handbag essential. If I'm at home I use the same routine as the morning. It's a nice, refreshing feeling to have finished work and take all the layers of thick makeup off."
