She's lost around 12 kilos in the four months since giving birth to her baby girl North West through a strict Atkins diet and plenty of gym time, but new mum Kim Kardashian, 33, still wasn't totally happy with her body (who is?) and has had laser surgery on her breasts to remove stretch marks.
Plus she filmed it, of course.
Last night's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians showed the mega-famous reality star heading to plastic surgeon Dr Simon Ourian with her good friend Johnathan Cheban (why is he there?!) and at first complaining about her 'wrinkly hands' but eventually getting laser treatment on her breasts to reduce post-birth stretch marks.
"The things I do for beauty," she sighed.
Indeed, remember this.
While she's often very open about every aspect of her life - that is her career, after all - Kim Kardashian has been vocally upset about recent tabloid claims that she's getting injections to boost her famous booty.
"I'm seeing all these nonsense tabloids claiming I have butt implants-injections. Get a life!" the fiancée of Kanye West tweeted last week.
And we kind of have to agree, as if Kim was doing it, she'd make sure to capitalise on it by filming it, right?
She went on to tweet: "I still have weight to lose. Anyone who has had a baby knows how hard it is to lose weight (especially the last bit of weight) & your body totally changes!"
"Making fun of me pregnant & making fun of me trying to lose weight now shame on you. I'm not perfect but I will never conform to your skinny standards sorry!"
But she will have perfect cleavage.
