As director of New Zealand Fashion Week, Myken Stewart has more reason to look good than most. She reveals how she stays stylish under pressure.

WHAT SORT OF BAG DO YOU CARRY?

I am the bag queen, bags within bags within bags - but they aren't of the designer kind. I had a small Miu Miu bag copied in Bali about 10 years ago and I've been getting it copied ever since.  I do have a handbag which doesn't go out but comes to work and I got it about four years ago from Zambesi. If I could afford it I would want to get my hand on the Tom Ford bag that Jenifer Aniston has. I love it but would prefer to spend the money on a flight to Europe.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVOURITE BEAUTY PRODUCTS?

Natural body and face  oils, tinted SPF30 moisturiser, Rawleighs medicated ointment for everything. I mix it up but Guinot features heavily in the mix.

WHAT'S THE ONE PRODUCT YOU COULDN'T LIVE WITHOUT?

I really like MAC strobe cream. It wouldn't be my choice for a desert island as the Rawleighs can cure all, but it makes you look and feel gorgeous and can double as a moisturiser .

HOW DO YOU TREAT YOURSELF?

I see my naturopath Nicole Bostock for an outstanding 90-minute massage and chill time, which is always coupled with working out what vitamins etc I need. I also have the occasional facial from Jenny who always treats my skin to what it needs and not a prescribed formula. Since it all costs with time and money, my weekly practice of yoga and walking are a big treat. Anything that means I can shut it all out is a treat!

How much makeup do you wear?

Just the basics: moisturiser, mascara, lippy.

The works: foundation, concealer, highlighter, bronzer - there's no room to list it all.

Nothing - what's the point?
