THE BEST: Cate Blanchett is basically royalty in our eyes and she looks like icy perfection in this Ralph Lauren one-shouldered gown (wouldn't it be an absolute killer if one of the raspberries in your Eton Mess dropped on that sucker though? I can guarantee you if I ever got my hands on a dress like this I'd drop something on it within five minutes. It's a superpower of mine. In fact, I've got skanky dry toothpaste all down my jumper today. Tried to wash it off, but that stuff's solidly stubborn). PS: Cate's hair colour right now may just be one of the best blonde dye jobs I've ever seen ... warm but not a hint of orange, textured but not at all stripey.

Prince William put on a party at Windsor Castle and the celebs brought their fashion game in a big way.

The gala dinner was in honour of The Royal Marsden hospital, and Prince William was there, of course, as was Cara D, Cate Blanchett, Benedict C and Emma Watson. One notable no-show was Duchess Kate, but to be fair, she probably needs a break from heels, designer dresses and smiling at strangers after her tour Down Under.
