The top-earning models of the year
GISELE BUNDCHEN: Taking out the top spot once again, Brazilian bombshell Gisele raked in over NZ$55 million in 2013/14 with countless campaigns, magazine covers and product sales. Tom Brady is one lucky man!
DOUTZEN KROES: Coming in at number two is 29-year-old Dutch stunner Doutzen Kroes. Though she's been a big earner in the past due to lucrative contracts with L'Oreal and Victoria's Secret, this year the blonde snagged a deal with global chainstore H&M (one of the best gigs in the modelling biz), as well as numerous appearances for high fashion labels Emilio Pucci and Miu Miu. Oh, and she also happened to give birth to her second child just last week - life's good for Doutzen.
ADRIANA LIMA: The longest-running Angel in Victoria's Secret history (she first posed for the brand back in 2000), Adriana Lima is a legend of the lingerie industry... and with seniority comes a hefty pay packet. This year the 33-year-old earnt over NZ$9 million, supplementing her undie-clad outings with a new Maybelline contract.
KATE MOSS: No top-earning model list would be complete without an appearance from infamous Brit Kate Moss. Thanks to an historic contract with Rimmel cosmetics and campaigns for St Tropez and haircare giant Kerastase the 40-year-old is still riding high, earning an estimated NZ$8 million this year.
KATE UPTON: From one Kate to another - 22-year-old glamour girl Kate Upton is the highest ranked newcomer to make the list. A lucrative contract with Bobbi Brown cosmetics (those beauty deals sure do pay the bills), as well as campaigns with US chain store Express and big name brands such as David Yurman and Sam Edelman have netted the curvaceous blonde around NZ$8 million this year. Not bad for a girl who was once very publicly rejected by Victoria's Secret.
MIRANDA KERR: Aussie clean-living queen Miranda Kerr continues to make her mark on the international fashion industry - the 31-year-old mother of one (is anyone else as obsessed with Flynn as we are?!) managed to haul in the big bucks for campaigns with numerous big-league fashion brands this year, as well as growing her Kora Organics line and dipping her toe into the world of tea sets via a collaboration with Royal Albert Australia.
LIU WEN: As the first model of East Asian descent to walk for Victoria's Secret and the first Asian spokesmodel for massive beauty brand Estee Lauder, 26-year-old Liu Wen has been breaking records for ages - so it comes as no surprise that she made around NZ$8 million over the last 12 months.
ALESSANDRA AMBROSIO: Perhaps the most famous Victoria's Secret Angel of the lot (yes, yes, ANOTHER VS model who's raking in the coin), 31-year-old Brazilian fitness fanatic Alessandra banked an estimated NZ$6 million in 2013/14... not bad, not bad at all.

From Victoria's Secret Angels to bombshells of the beauty world, the top-earning models of the year have raked in an impressive amount of coin.
Aussie beauty Miranda Kerr is the equal third most highly paid model in the world, according to Forbes.
Down one place on last year's list, Kerr tied with Kate Moss, Liu Wen and Kate Upton.
Kerr, Moss, Wen and Upton made US$7 million (NZ$8.3 million) each in 2013/14, with Upton making the top ten for the first time.
But no model came close to Gisele Bundchen who earned US$47 million (NZ$56 million) in 2013/14, some US$16 million (approx NZ$19 million) more than her quarterback husband Tom Brady.
Bundchen has taken home US$386 million (approx NZ$458 million) from modelling since 2001 and has lucrative contracts with global brands Chanel and H&M, as well as having deals with beauty brands.
Bundchen also gets a slice of sales from jelly sandals she designs for shoemaker Grendene and is the face of Pantene hair products and Oral-B in Brazil, where she also has her own lingerie line.
The 21 models on the Forbes list made a combined US$142 million (NZ$168 million).
