She's got legs, but it appears she doesn't know how to use them.

Film star Angelina Jolie's bizarre thrusting of her right leg for a photo at yesterday's Academy Awards has spurred a host of online spoofs.

The Twitter account Angelina Jolie's Leg, @AngiesRightLeg, had nearly 17,000 followers this morning and sported pithy tweets like: ''Left leg and I talked - everything's cool. Next Oscars, she gets the slit'' and ''You have to admit I'm one hell of a leg.''

Angelina Jolie's Leg is following just one other Twitter account, JLosNipple, which says: ''Just to clear the areola, me and @AngiesRightLeg have no beef. We're just two hidden pieces of skin trying to get some fresh air.''

During the ceremony Jim Rash, who won an Oscar for co-writing the George Clooney film The Descendants, mimicked Jolie on stage when receiving his award.

"I just saw her pose and I thought, you know what, we have exactly the same legs and I wanted to show everyone what it meant. It was a loving tribute. It was more like, oh, she's standing, great, I'm going to stand like that, too."

His chutzpah appears to have inspired others with a ''leg bombing'' challenge being set online (see the gallery above).
